Kickboxing and Boxing
Start your journey with us as we guide you through all the aspects of kickboxing and boxing.
With over 20 years experience in the martial arts world, we know you'll be in safe hands.
Kickboxing Lessons
In our kickboxing lessons you will learn the basics which includes footwork, movement, attack, and defence.
​
You will also discover a range of techniques such as punches, kicks, knees, elbows and self defence which will form the foundation of your training.
​
Working with a partner you will develop your timing, focus, coordination and distance.
​
We will help, support and guide you through your grading (if you wish to do this) all the way to a black belt.
​
Our classes are currently three times a week for children and adults.
Boxing Lessons
We will teach you the fundamental boxing skills and techniques such as stance, guard and movement.
​
Classes will also include conditioning using skipping ropes, bag and pad work, partner drills and core strengthening.
​
These skills will give you strong self-defence tools as well as building confidence, discipline and respect whilst increasing your strength, endurance and co-ordination.
